Keputusan Indonesia menamakan kapal perang baru KRI Usman Harun, setelah beberapa dekade lalu Indonesia melakukan sabotase di Singapura dengan pengeboman MacDonald pada 1965, memasuki babak baru hubungan kedua negara.
